Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase your order. Please allow us up to 14 days to process your refund. (Processing time varies from bank to bank). If you have not received your refund after the 14 day period contact us immediately so we can make this right. We do accept returns & exchanges. If you reside in the United States you are eligible for free returns & exchanges. If you live in a country outside of the United States you are responsible for any costs to the return or exchange. Any clearance or discounted items are not eligible for a return only exchange.
